Position - Service Desk Engineer
Experience - 0-1yr
Location - Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Working mode- On- Site
Skil Set - 0–2 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support,
Basic understanding of Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Outlook, and networking fundamentals
Key Responsibilities :
∙ Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues related to Windows migration.
∙ Log, categorize, and track incidents / requests through the ITSM tool.
∙ Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
∙ Coordinate with L2 / L3 teams for escalations and timely resolution.
∙ Assist users with pre- and post-migration support , including account access,
applications, and settings.
∙ Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets as per SLA.
∙ Ensure adherence to company IT and security policies.
Requirements :
∙ 0–2 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support.
∙ Basic understanding of Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Outlook, and networking
fundamentals .
∙ Strong communication and customer service skills.
∙ Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
∙ Team player with good coordination and problem-solving abilities
