Production and Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production and Inventory Supervisor with at least 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end production coordination, inventory control, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will oversee material procurement, vendor coordination, production scheduling, and dispatch management, while ensuring timely and accurate updates in our ERP system (Zoho Books / Inventory). If you're organised, reliable, and experienced in handling multiple backend and production operations, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Inventory Management

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to ensure targets and timelines are met
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate timely procurement
• Source and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing and payment terms
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries and timelines
• Oversee goods receipt, stock management, and documentation accuracy
• Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update all entries in Zoho Books / Inventory
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper material allocation for production
• Assist in developing efficient inventory control processes and ERP-based tracking
