Job Description Technical Manager (Security Solutions) :

Location : Mumbai / Indore.

Experience : 8 - 10 Years.

Employment Type : Full-time.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Manager Security Solutions to lead a team of engineers responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade network and data security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in NAC, DLP, Firewall, EDR, Identity Security, and related IT security technologies, along with hands-on experience in managing service delivery for multiple customers.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, managing delivery excellence, and building scalable security operations in a service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and implementation specialists.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and support of network and data security solutions including NAC, DLP, NGFW, EDR, IAM / PAM, and other enterprise security technologies.
• Manage end-to-end technical project delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and account managers for project scoping and handover.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support readiness.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and drive continuous skill development.
• Liaise with OEMs and partners for escalations, training, and certification planning.
• Contribute to building SOPs and service playbooks for key solutions.
