About the Role
As a Brand Solutions Executive (Sales) - Creative Services , you’ll be the frontline of client acquisition at Mad Men Marketing. You’ll prospect, pitch, and support in closing retainers and project-based deals , working directly under senior leadership.
This role is for ambitious hustlers who are passionate about the agency world and want to build a career in creative solutions sales —not just chase quick wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build a pipeline of potential clients in FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and tech
- Support in creating and delivering pitches, proposals, and case studies
- Drive conversations with brand managers and marketing decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation + deal closure targets
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client needs
- Stay updated on industry shifts and competitors to sharpen acquisition approach
