Responsibilities :
- Works with Transformation Managing Principals, Principals, and Lead Consultants on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function (or enterprise-wide as needed) as part of the initiative team
- Could lead small workstreams of strategic initiatives depending on experience, manage all resources involved (people and non-payroll budget)
- Supports in the identification and building of coalition of key stakeholders and sponsors to help deliver such strategic initiatives
- Supports in the coordination with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and in the delivery to initiatives targets, flagging deviations prior to them occurring where needed
- Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of one or more transformation capabilities
- Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the execution of the Transformation Office strategy
- Coaches other junior team members globally as applicable, depending on experience
- Work in accordance with Transformation Office standards
- Embeds agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within business teams by guiding them in adopting agile principles, facilitating key ceremonies, and supporting continuous improvement
- Supports agile coaching efforts across business functions to enable mindset shifts and sustainable agile adoption
- Contributes flexibly to broader transformation work (e.g., execution, change management) beyond agile coaching, depending on the evolving needs of the organization.
Requirements
Required :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field5+ years of transformation execution experience, including hands-on experience as an agile coach driving adoption across business teams (not limited to IT)Strong coaching and facilitation skills to guide diverse stakeholders at all levels in adopting agile ways of workingExperience facilitating agile ceremonies, retrospectives, planning sessions, and team health checksGood project management skills, with the ability to manage small workstreams and deliver results within specified timelines and budgetsGood change management skills, consistent past delivery of varied types of projects in relevant areas of the businessAbility to recognize complex situations and use multiple formal and informal methods to find solutions, as well as the networking and influencing skills to drive change in senior and mid-level leadersAbility to present complex issues to management and contribute to discussions in order to drive decision-makingProven experience in executing change and managing resistance within an organizationAbility to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environmentPreferred :
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation trendsCertified or experienced in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFeAbility to shift from agile-specific roles to other transformation assignments as business needs evolve.This position follows our hybrid working model.
