Role

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key member of our Business Analysis team, leading complex projects and helping teams across the organization deliver better outcomes. You will :

• Lead requirements gathering with Internal teams and customers, create story maps for large initiatives, and define detailed Business rules.
• Guide 3–4 team members by reviewing their analysis work for clarity and quality, providing practical feedback, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen business analysis practices across the team.
