About the Role : IT Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure and system security, with hands-on experience managing and securing cloud, identity, and endpoint platforms. You will play a key role in safeguarding our IT environment, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices for system and data protection.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.
• Manage and secure access across Netskope, JumpCloud, Okta, Google Workspace, and AWS environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation efforts.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to IT security incidents, threats, and anomalies.
• Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure secure infrastructure design and operations.
• Maintain compliance with relevant security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.).
• Develop and enforce identity and access management (IAM) strategies, including role-based access controls and SSO integrations.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve IT and system security posture.

Requirements :

1. Netskope (CASB, secure web gateway, DLP policies).

2. JumpCloud (directory, device management, MFA, SSO).

3. Okta (SSO, IAM, lifecycle management).

4. Google Workspace Security (admin, endpoint management, data protection).

5. AWS Security (IAM, VPC security, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, encryption).
