The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media - End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms.

• Planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form).
• Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others.
• Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr.
• Should be able to handle a team of 3-4 people.
• Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not - Proficiency in many social media platforms.
• 5-6 yrs experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
