Business AnalystAbout the Role :
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between data and business strategy. If you’re someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems with data and can explain complex insights in a way that makes sense to everyone—from executives to engineers—this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in translating business challenges into analytical solutions, working closely with key stakeholders to uncover insights, and helping them make data-driven decisions with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing :
1.
Handling Stakeholders
Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, making sure everyone is on the same page.
Break down complicated business problems into clear, structured questions that can be solved with data.
Explain complex insights in a way that’s simple, compelling, and easy to act on.
2.
Analyzing Data & Insights generation
Work with large datasets to find trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Pull and clean data using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
Build interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
Run deep-dive analyses and create reports that help drive strategic decisions.
3.
Making an Impact on the Business
Work alongside product managers, machine learning engineers, platform engineers, software developers and leadership to turn data insights into real business actions.
Uncover inefficiencies to reduce time to action
Contribute to data quality and governance efforts to ensure consistency and accuracy across all analytics.
Identify growth opportunities for the firm
What We’re Looking For :

Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset – You can work with muddy business problems and break them down into structured, data-driven solutions.
2.
Strong Communication Skills – You can explain data insights to non-technical people in a way that’s engaging and easy to understand.
3.
Technical Expertise –
SQL skills for querying and extracting data.
Familiarity with Python for data analysis.
Understanding of statistical analysis, A / B testing, and predictive modeling concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a must.

Business Acumen – You understand how businesses work, know what KPIs matter, and can connect data insights to strategic decisions. You are able to spot opportunities for the firm to grow.
