JOB DESCRIPTION :

Senior Business Analyst – 1 Position

The Senior BA will support the solution definition and delivery activities required to be performed by the Institutional Onboarding / KYC project and should have extensive knowledge of taxation in Institutional banking.

Ability to help business to define detailed requirements that can be readily used by the technology team to develop and test proposed solutions. It requires to work with a wide range of stakeholders in the Division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology) to :

§ Identify, understand and map process and activities across the KYC process

§ Identify areas of issues or weaknesses that require being addressed

§ Develop, with help from the business, associated requirements for each of the technology releases, test script and support testing activities

§ Work with technology and business to ensure all required artefacts are complete

§ Work with Technology and Business to implement agreed solution options and business change recommendations
