Job descriptionThane, Maharashtra Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations. Assisting in the hiring process of contractors. Resolving any disputes or issues related to contracts in a timely and efficient manner. Utilizing ERP or equivalent software for contract management and other related tasks. Maintaining meticulous records and demonstrating strong attention to detail in all aspects of work. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management. Proficiency in using ERP or equivalent software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts. Ability to resolve disputes effectively and amicably. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and professionalism.
