Role Responsibilities
Product Mastery : Build a strong understanding of Gradeperfect’s programs, quality standards, and USPs to confidently represent our value proposition in every interaction.Lead Calling & Conversion : Engage promptly with warm leads, understand parent needs, and position Gradeperfect’s offerings to drive conversions.Demo Coordination : Schedule and ensure smooth execution of personalized demos, working with the demo team to maximize conversions.Pipeline & Reporting : Maintain a clean, structured CRM with updated lead statuses, consistent follow-ups, and accurate conversion tracking.Collaboration with Lead Generation : Work closely with the lead-gen team to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and share feedback for improving lead quality.Program Pitching : Qualify leads and recommend suitable programs.CRM : Maintain accurate CRM lead records.Follow up : Follow up consistently for conversions.Candidate Preferences
