Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students, driving admissions, and supporting their educational growth. This is a sales-driven, full-time on-site role based in Rohini.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through inbound leads (calls & emails).
- Convert leads via outbound calls and explain our services.
- Understand student needs and provide career / education guidance.
- Deliver effective online demos showcasing our solutions.
- Manage CRM / database to track and nurture leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Report weekly progress and goals to the Manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / B2C Sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Active listening, confident & soft-spoken approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
