Requirements

What You’ll Do :

• Design and Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake data warehousing solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Deployment and Administration : Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Snowflake environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL querying, running dbt jobs, deploying dbt jobs, parsing complex json data sets.
• Collaboration : Work closely with data architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure that all data solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, protecting sensitive information and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Snowflake queries and data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Best Practices : Evaluate and implement best practices for data warehousing, storage, and data integration.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that data solutions align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Experience with data modeling and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Automation : Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline data processes and reduce manual intervention
