Role Summary : We are currently looking for a mid-level Technical Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 4 + years of project management experience and a strong understanding of typical industry operating standards. Responsibilities :
- Communication : Proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry .
- Project Ownership : Lead and supervise the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, managing each phase closely.
- Day-to-Day Operations : Oversee project operations, including updating statuses and regular follow-ups on open tasks and actions.
- Stakeholder Management : Maintain active communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and requests for necessary actions or data.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain trust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Technical PMs, Project Directors, Technical Managers).
- Tech Platform Expertise : Proficiency in working with platforms such as Veeva , Salesforce , or similar.
- Project Management Tools : Utilize JIRA or equivalent project management tools to coordinate with development and QA teams.
- Communication Bridge : Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, facilitating transparent and productive communication.
- Issue Resolution : Resolve project-related challenges to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- SLAs and Prioritization : Evaluate and prioritize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on project deadlines and market demands.
- Cost Monitoring : Regularly monitor and adjust project costs to ensure alignment with the project scope.
- Multitasking and Prioritization : Proficiently handle multiple tasks while ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
- Proactive Problem Solving : Show self-direction, proactive problem-solving skills, and accountability in managing projects.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills : Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration.

Qualifications
Required :
4+ years of hands-on experience in project management .Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Experience with project management tools like JIRA or similar.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Preferred :
Previous experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry.Experience with Veeva , Salesforce , or similar platforms.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cost management.Knowledge of best practices in digital content creation and project management .
