Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior UI / UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. The role will primarily focus on UI / UX (80%) with additional involvement in graphic design (20%) , or can be structured as 100% UI / UX based on the candidate's core expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets.
Work closely with developers, marketers, and product teams to implement designs effectively.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to product improvement discussions.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints.
Optimize designs based on feedback, user behavior, and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or other modern design tools.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX expertise for web and mobile applications.

Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with interaction design, user flows, and prototyping.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred :

Exposure to graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience in digital marketing or working with marketing teams.

Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
