Deployment & Integration Engineer - Cloud Platform

Maimsd Technology is seeking a skilled Deployment & Integration Engineer with deep expertise in IMS networks and cloud platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations, deployment, and maintenance of IMS applications in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and seamless functionality. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of network functionalities, and the ability to work effectively in shifts and across customer time zones.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee Operations & Deployment of IMS applications in various cloud platform environments, including public cloud (AWS / Azure) where applicable.
• Perform regular health checks and maintenance activities for IMS applications and their associated servers.
• Conduct Backup and Restore activities for IMS Applications to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Escalate issues to Vendor / Customer for which a resolution or workaround isn't readily available, providing comprehensive issue descriptions, relevant logs, findings, and troubleshooting steps carried out.
• Responsible for the management and oversight of Mission Critical network elements .
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts and accommodate Customer time zones as required.
• Facilitate New Feature Implementation , as well as System Software & Application Patch upgrades according to planned schedules.
• Provide Level-2 Troubleshooting for issues observed or escalated from lower tiers.
• Develop and maintain Method of Procedures (MOPs) for various operational tasks.
• Provide follow-up and ensure good coordination with Technical Support teams.
