Platform Engineering Engineer 3.

Summary Of The Role :

Youll contribute to the implementation and support of cloud platform components and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and recoverability.

This role involves collaboration across teams to maintain high service availability and drive continuous improvement.

In This Role Youll :

• Support the implementation of new cloud platform components using agile practices, continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Build and maintain systems to meet service availability goals, including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using available data, documenting findings and recommending mid-term solutions.
• Collaborate on systems design and performance metrics with cross-functional teams, contributing to shared design practices.
• Provide operational monitoring, reporting, and guidance to Level 2 (L2) support teams.
