About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Factory Head to lead and manage end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective manufacturing, adherence to timelines, and maintain high-quality standards while managing people and processes Drive cost-effective production and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all production procedures and SOPs.
- Implement and track the Time and Action Calendar for seamless production flow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (raw materials, fabrics, trims, suppliers, factories) to ensure production deadlines are consistently met.
- Oversee planning, price closure, and allocation of resources.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules in alignment with the Product Development Calendar.
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of factory staff.
- Collaborate with branding and marketing teams for production-related support.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
