Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The role requires daily interaction with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. The position is located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• High degree of self-motivation and drive
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
