Sales Marketing Executive

JOB LOCATION : Pune, Maharashtra

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our cybersecurity sales team focused on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Security Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cybersecurity or network firewall solutions, paired with an MBA from a reputed institution. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and network security domains, focusing on VAPT and Security Operations.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering consultative sales engagements that align solutions to customer cybersecurity needs.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Present product demonstrations, proposals, and ROI analyses to C-level executives and decision-makers.

Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related fields.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :

MBA from a reputed college or university.

Minimum 2 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions, VAPT services, or network firewall products.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat detection, and security operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics software.

DESIRED SKILLS :

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.

Technical aptitude to effectively communicate with security engineers and IT professionals.

Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
