Key Responsibilities

• Value Delivery & Retention : Ensure customers realize the full value of Sprinklr, leading to retention and expansion.
• Product Adoption : Promote usage of new features and use cases across teams, markets, and business units.
• Relationship Management : Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Strategic Advisory : Understand client challenges and align Sprinklr solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Solution Design : Translate customer requirements into tailored platform configurations and workflows.
• Platform Optimization : Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance platform usage and performance.
• Training & Enablement : Provide ongoing training and support to ensure clients are well-versed in Sprinklr capabilities.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyse usage data to drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Product Feedback : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address client needs and improve offerings.
