As a supervisor of training solutions, you are a growth-minded, agile professional who has a proven track record of building strategic and influential partnerships with senior executive leadership and their teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a hybrid learning approach to meet today’s workforce and their skill development.

You will :
Partner with the practice leader and stakeholders to diagnose “root cause” learning and performance skill gap areas and prioritize solutions focused on learning, enablement and building organizational capability aligned to strategic priorities.Partner with practice leaders to develop a learning strategy and curriculum to support business performance.Closely partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management colleagues, SMEs, to standardize talent development processes and effectively implement them across the firm.Jointly develop KPIs and performance improvement metrics that show outcomes for all learning solutions.Using instructional design principles and techniques, develop storyboards and scripts for digital learning solutions using innovative technologies.Serve as the primary liaison between your internal stakeholders and the L&D team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning solutions.Coach individuals and teams to improve and develop their performance in alignment with personal growth and organization objectives including AI integrated strategies.Lead cross-enterprise development programs and initiatives such as Citrin Cooperman Core Consulting Skills and firm related programs.Your background :
As a supervisor, you have :
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in either Learning & Development, Field Operational Capability5+ years’ business experience consulting with individuals, teams and leaders at all levels of the organization.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Behavior / Industrial Psychology, or Human Development disciplines.Exceptional facilitation and verbal communication skillsTechnical writing and strong instructional design skillsAbility to prioritize multiple stakeholder requirements and team tasksA demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity and changeCPA or knowledge of Accounting / Management Consulting Firms are a plus.Understanding of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance rules for on-site (instructor-led) training, eLearning self-studies, webcasts, rules applicable to their Quality Assurance Standards (QAS).Leverage instructional design and multi-media skills to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver training modules and training courses.Knowledge of Storyline 360, Camtasia and MS Office Suite and other authoring tools required.
