Role Purpose

Drive FIG Living’s B2B pipeline in Hospitality, Real Estate, Corporate Gifting, and A&D firms—build target lists, reach decision-makers, book meetings, qualify opportunities, and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to close.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs = Key Result Areas)

• Prospecting & Research – Build account / contact lists against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Outbound & Sequencing – Run email / WhatsApp / call sequences, manage follow-ups, and keep inbox hygiene tight.
• Qualification – Run discovery, score leads, and convert to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) .
• Handover – Create clean handover packs with notes, next steps, and artifacts for Sales.
• Reporting – Maintain dashboards; own weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Tools

Google Sheets / CRM, WhatsApp Business, email client, basic LinkedIn for research, calling tool.
