Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to lead AI-driven initiatives using

Agentic AI

and

Agile delivery methodologies . The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in AI or data-driven projects, can manage cross-functional teams, and ensures adherence to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of

Agentic AI and AI / ML projects

from discovery to deployment and monitoring.

Plan, prioritize, and track Agile sprints, backlogs, and project milestones.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.

Ensure AI solutions comply with

Responsible AI

principles : fairness, explainability, and governance.

Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams.

Implement process improvements to optimize AI project delivery, integrating Agile and MLOps principles.

Support change management, adoption, and training for AI-driven workflows.

Maintain executive-level communication on project status, risks, and value delivered.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s in

Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields .

6–12 years of

project management experience , preferably in

AI, ML, or data analytics projects .

Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Experience managing

Agentic AI, Generative AI, or LLM-driven initiatives .

Familiarity with

AI frameworks, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), and cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Scrum Master certification

(CSM, PSM) is a plus.

Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like

LangChain, n8n, or Flowise .

Familiarity with data pipelines, RAG systems, and AI deployment best practices.

Hands-on exposure to LLMs and Generative AI use cases.

Knowledge of

project tracking tools

like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
