Junior AI Developer – Agentic Systems (WFH)

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Location : Remote

Mode of Engagement : Full-time

No of Positions : 4

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI / ML, or related field

Industry : IT – AI / ML Services

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in AI / ML development , particularly working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based AI systems .
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python , with a focus on FastAPI, LangChain, LlamaIndex , or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience of LLM reasoning, prompt design, and tool integration workflows.
  • Ability to develop and test AI agents that can interact with APIs, databases, or scraping tools.
  • A self-driven individual who can learn quickly, collaborate remotely, and contribute to fast-paced AI projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen .
  • Implement multi-step reasoning and tool invocation workflows for intelligent task execution.
  • Work on API integrations, prompt templates, and vector database connections to support agentic behavior.
  • Collaborate with senior AI engineers to build scalable, production-ready pipelines using FastAPI, Docker, and Git .
  • Participate in research, testing, and fine-tuning of LLM-driven systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest open-source advancements in LLMs, agent architectures, and AI automation tools .

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field .
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML or backend development with exposure to LLM-based workflows .
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs , or other agentic AI frameworks .
  • Experience in Python , RESTful APIs, and version control systems ( Git / GitHub ).
  • Basic understanding of Docker, FastAPI , and modular AI pipeline design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good written and verbal communication.
