Corporate Development Analyst

As an M&A Analyst , you will be instrumental in executing the company's inorganic growth strategy, driving a robust pipeline of acquisitions that enhance the HighRadius product strategy and market position within the Office of the CFO software industry.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Strategy & Sourcing

• Develop a deep, expert-level understanding of the Office of the CFO software landscape, proactively tracking key industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technology developments.
• Identify M&A opportunities that strategically align with and augment the HighRadius product vision and growth goals.
• Generate a continuous deal flow of relevant M&A targets through comprehensive primary and secondary research.
• Formulate compelling M&A theses and create executive-ready collateral for HighRadius CXOs to support strategic decision-making.
