Position Summary :
This role maintains and enhances Happy HR's subscribers HR practices by effectively reviewing, planning and successfully inducting them into the software. Ongoing, this role works closely with all subscribers as their HR partner to assist them with all HR related issues, evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, position description alignment, seminars and other strategies to drive our subscribers engagement to HR best practice and our platform. This is very much a consultative role so it is imperative you understand and build a high level of rapport with our clients. You are to lead by example and manage your team to ensure compliance to company process and procedures.
We are FULLY REMOTE, as such we provide you with company laptops, phones and IT etc. so you need to be someone that enjoys working from home.

Prepares subscribers for induction by establishing and conducting reviews and training programsEnsures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of subscribers work results by training managers on how to coach and discipline employees; scheduling training conferences with subscribers; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors or otherMaintains employee benefits programs and informs subscribers of changes to awards and legalisationMaintains subscribers by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesRecruitment activities as required to assist in head hunting, interviewing, reference checks and otherAnswering inbound support calls to assist users with HR and other issuesOutbound calls to users when we are notified of an HR or other issueFunctional testing of new features prior to user releaseProvide new user set ups, inductions etc including emails, education and other in order to get new users up to speedWrite blog content, assist with conducting seminars and other marketing related activities to represent position as an expert in HRPremium service support and consultingJob Functions : HR manager
