Lead end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Conduct onboarding, training, and provide post-implementation support.

Gather client feedback and use data to track adoption, success, and opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are :

Experienced in project management, client success, or solution implementation, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise tech.

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion.

Data-driven, proactive, and highly organized.

Enjoy working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges.
