About The Opportunity Join our dynamic and fast-paced remote team as a Social Media Marketing Intern and play a key role in our mission. You will gain hands-on experience creating and executing social media campaigns that inform, inspire, and engage thousands of future civil servants. This role is ideal for a creative, mission-driven communicator who is passionate about education and eager to build a strong portfolio in the EdTech space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of our social media strategy across the platforms where our aspirants are most active : YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored for Civil Services aspirants : informative captions, motivational carousels, short-form videos (Reels / Shorts), insightful stories, and simple visuals using Canva.
• Manage our vibrant online community by monitoring comments and DMs, responding to queries promptly, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Use scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) to maintain our content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
• Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates), contribute to weekly reports, and recommend content optimizations based on what resonates with our student community.
• Conduct research on current affairs, exam trends, and competitor strategies to identify content gaps and suggest fresh ideas for posts and videos.
