Job description

We are looking to hire a part-time social media manager for 930Alpha, an AI-powered investment analysis platform. Your role will focus on delivering timely, engaging posts about stock market moves, economic headlines, and emerging trends—blending sharp analysis, visual storytelling, and audience interaction to build a loyal community of investors.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation : Develop 5-10 daily posts, including threads on breaking market news (e.g., commodity surges like gold hitting $4,000 / oz, geopolitical impacts on stocks, or trend forecasts). Craft concise, dramatic narratives that explain "why it matters" with a mix of data-driven insights and accessible language.
Visual Integration : Source or create simple visuals (charts, infographics, memes) using tools like Canva or Photoshop to accompany posts, ensuring high engagement
Trend Monitoring : Scan real-time market data, news wires (Bloomberg, Reuters), and X trends to post reactively within 30 minutes of major events, while queuing evergreen content on topics like central bank shifts or crypto volatility.

Qualifications

Understanding of basic finance.

Proven track record of growing engagement and should have grown any one social media account to 10K+ followers.

Excellent writing skills : Punchy, professional tone with a touch of drama and wit—think insightful without jargon, engaging without hype.

The role will be initially part-time (1-2 months), which will convert into full-time based on your performance. (Above market comp + Equity stake. Our office is in Bangalore)
