Meta & Google Ads Expert – Real Estate Marketing (On-site, Bengaluru)

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta and Google Ads Expert with hands-on experience in Real Estate marketing . The ideal candidate will have a strong command of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — with a deep understanding of how real estate audiences behave online.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google and Meta ad campaigns specifically for real estate projects (lead generation, brand awareness, and retargeting).

Conduct in-depth market and keyword research to identify buyer intent and target audiences.

Continuously optimize ad performance through A / B testing, creative iterations, and budget adjustments.

Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, CTR, and ROI , ensuring optimal performance against KPIs.

Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to improve lead quality and conversion flow.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities in the real estate ad space.

Qualifications

Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry (builder, developer, or agency side).

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads , with solid understanding of analytics, pixels, and audience segmentation.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing and sales teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification is an added advantage.
