Key Responsibilities :

Market Research : Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends, property insights, and competitor activities to inform content development and maintain relevance.
SEO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic to the company's digital properties.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute content strategies that support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
Editing and Proofreading : Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy, ensuring all materials meet the company's quality standards.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the real estate sector.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in SEO principles and experience with content management systems

Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and market dynamics.

Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into engaging content.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with graphic design tools (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create basic visual content.
