We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, analysis, testing, and production of mechanical systems and products. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, improve existing designs, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and components. You will play a key role in bringing product ideas to life, from concept to final production.

• Design mechanical components and systems for new products and systems, ensuring they meet specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Perform design calculations, simulations, and stress analysis to ensure mechanical systems function reliably under operational conditions.
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs before full-scale production.
• Oversee the construction of prototypes and perform hands-on testing to validate mechanical designs.
• Conduct failure analysis, stress testing, and material testing to evaluate the performance and durability of components.
• Iterate on designs based on test results, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality and performance.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible for production and cost-effective.
• Assist with the selection of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques to optimize product performance.
• Review production processes and ensure mechanical systems are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements or cost reductions in both design and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for production or design-related issues.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve mechanical processes and reduce waste.
• Work collaboratively with electrical engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design compatibility and seamless integration with other systems.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to source materials, components, and tools for production.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are understood and met throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, changes, and testing results to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, CE marking).
• Provide support for product certifications, audits, and compliance activities as needed.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
