Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist to configure, implement, and maintain our HRSD module within the ServiceNow platform. You'll be instrumental in optimizing HR service delivery, improving employee experiences, and streamlining HR processes through automation and self-service capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in ServiceNow HRSD and a passion for enhancing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation & Configuration :
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the HRSD framework .
- Develop and customize forms, workflows, service catalogs, and reports specific to HR processes.
- Ensure all configurations align with best practices and organizational security standards.
- System Integration & Automation :
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll) and enterprise applications.
- Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer and other automation tools to streamline HR workflows and automate routine tasks.
- Implement HR self-service portals to empower employees and reduce HR inquiry volume.
- Support & Maintenance :
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and HRSD functionalities , recommending and implementing upgrades as appropriate.
- Collaboration & Documentation :
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for HR users and employees on new HRSD functionalities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD .Strong understanding of core HR processes and service delivery models .Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, scripting (JavaScript), and workflow configuration .Experience with ServiceNow integrations using various methods (e.g., REST, SOAP).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications.Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for HR metrics.Familiarity with ITIL principles as they apply to service management.Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.Skills Required
