Inviting applications for the role Principal Consultant _ Workday Prism Reporting Consultant

In this role you will play a critical role in building and supporting the development of business intelligence tools that will produce high-quality people insights, innovative analysis, and data solutions for its functional area. This will enhance key stakeholders%27 data literacy and analytics capabilities to support decision making. This role is expected to manage / support projects / programs in support of the Enterprise signature process and also provide ad-hoc projects support across the wider team as well as the production of cross-functional dashboards and / or reports when appropriate. And more specifically you will play a critical role in the support of one of our critical signature process Survey.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of an exceptional partner service by implementing strategic reporting insights through self-service and automated solutions, ensuring compliance with data privacy and internal processes.

Maintain 100% compliance with established processes, while actively reducing the number of outstanding tickets and ad-hoc requests.

Design, build and document standardized reporting & dashboarding solutions & offer, with proactive approach fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team, listening our partners and their needs

Drive continuous improvement, innovation and contribute to team initiatives for efficiency gains, simplify & enhancement the user experience.

Drive the capability building of our partners around reporting & data.

Connect & partners with other companies and workday & analytic user group to win and develop new solutions .

Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support.

Leading the functional reporting as a thought leader and trusted expert to deliver strategic outcomes and business value, providing analytical reporting and insight support.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence and drive acceptance of change across the organization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

university degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Management Systems.

Advance knowledge in Excel, PowerBI and other standard reporting and visualisation tools (ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to P&O and workforce metrics)

Strong experience using daily an HCM / Workday and / or equivalent.

Understand how people PPPs work and support our business ambition. Demonstrate curiosity and strong appetite and ability to learn.

Successful experience in producing and using HR metrics / reporting and workforce planning

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise to Partner with COE, GPO and other key stakeholders, provide input and influence the functional roadmap.

Support to develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.

Leverage opportunities to drive standardization, automation and self-service within reporting processes.

Proven experience to Conduct rigorous AAR where appropriate and drive further optimization.

Workday dashboard and workday discovery board are mandatory
