Job Profile :
We are looking for exceptional people to take a position as members of our fast-growing Commercial Account Management team that helps Amagi's commercial customers fully utilise Amagi's products and services. This person will be a strategic advisor, a technical consultant and a solution architect, who possesses a mix of technical and business skills to navigate complex accounts, nurture them to grow, and close the deals. The primary responsibility of this role is to own the designated customer account. The account managers must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of Amagi's value, with the main objective of driving renewals and additional revenue.
