• Position Overview :

Happiest Minds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 11 years of experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, with expertise in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using ADFS and Azure technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ADFS, Azure, and related technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to uphold best practices in software development.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• 8 to 11 years of experience in a technical role with a strong focus on ADFS and Azure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• In-depth knowledge of ADFS implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in ADFS, Azure, or related technologies will be a plus.
