Lawyer – Project Financing (Energy Sector)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate with 3–5 years of strong transactional experience in Legal space, focused on project financing , particularly in the energy sector (renewable and conventional). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financing structures, regulatory frameworks, and documentation specific to energy and infrastructure projects. This role provides an opportunity to work on high-value mandates involving lenders, developers, investors, and multilateral institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transaction Execution

• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents including :
• Loan agreements
• Security documents
• Term sheets
• Inter-creditor and subordination agreements
• Project development agreements (PPAs, EPC, O&M, SHA, SSA, concession agreements, etc.)
• Conduct legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure projects.
