GCC experience in beverages or regulated product distribution

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

General Manager

to lead our beverages distribution business in Bahrain. The role demands strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and governance discipline. The successful candidate will drive growth across multiple channels while ensuring compliance with all regional regulations and group standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall

P&L ownership , driving revenue, margins, and cost efficiency.

Define and execute

channel strategies

across on-trade, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Develop and implement

portfolio, pricing, and route-to-market strategies .

Manage relationships with brand principals and key customers.

Oversee

supply chain, warehousing, and logistics

operations.

Ensure compliance with

excise, VAT, customs, and local licensing

frameworks.

Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team aligned to growth and compliance KPIs.

Drive

data-driven decision-making

through dashboards, CRM, and ERP insights.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

• required;

MBA or equivalent

preferred.

15–18+ years

of experience with at least

7+ years in beverages or regulated product distribution

at scale.

Proven track record of

brand portfolio management ,

key account leadership , and

revenue growth .

Experience managing

multi-site retail / wholesale operations

and

logistics environments .

Strong understanding of

GCC market dynamics

and compliance standards.
