Job summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP ERP GTS Customs Management and SAP GTS.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements implementation mandatory.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop effective SAP ERP GTS Customs Management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP GTS solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations and modifications.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of SAP GTS systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP GTS implementations.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the SAP GTS framework.
• Coordinate with IT teams to manage system updates and upgrades effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize the benefits of SAP GTS systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP ERP GTS technologies.
