Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Loan Consultant will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, providing financial advice to clients, and helping them choose the best loan products. They will manage customer accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales efforts by understanding the clients' financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loans and Financial Services
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Knowledge of finance and loan products
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
