Intune Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Device Lifecycle Management :
• Oversee provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and retirement of Windows devices.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshoot related issues.
• Endpoint Configuration & Compliance :
• Create and maintain device configuration profiles and Group Policies.
• Manage and troubleshoot compliance policies, app protection policies, and device enrollment issues.
• Application & Patch Management :
• Package and deploy applications using Intune and SCCM.
• Manage Windows update deployment and patching strategies.
• Security & Access Control :
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
• Work with Microsoft Entra ID including app registrations and identity governance.
• Perform vulnerability remediation across endpoints.
• Automation & Scripting :
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting :
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to app deployment, device compliance, and update failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
