Role & responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and product / service-related issues.
- Provide product / service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when needed.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure first call resolution and deliver an excellent customer experience.
