Role : Business Development Intern

A fast-moving HRTech / career-services startup operating in talent development recruitment enablement and employer branding. We deliver scalable programs and tech-enabled services that connect early-career talent with employers across India. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation sales outreach and pipeline management for candidates eager to launch a career in business development and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads across targeted industry segments using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email LinkedIn messaging phone) to book discovery calls for the sales team.
- Support market researchmap buyer personas identify decision-makers and track competitor activity to improve targeting.
- Maintain and update CRM records (contact data activity notes deal stages) to ensure pipeline accuracy and forecast readiness.
- Prepare concise outreach sequences call scripts and one-page client summary decks for internal stakeholders.
- Measure campaign performance and deliver weekly reports on KPIs (leads generated meetings booked conversion rates) to the growth team.
