About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. WSO2 Lead who will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting the WSO2 API Management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API lifecycle management, WSO2 platform administration, and troubleshooting production issues in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage WSO2 platform users, roles, and permissions across non-production and production environments.
• Handle API promotion to UAT and production.
• Manage API versions, lifecycle, and subscriptions for internal applications and external partners.
• Onboard new API subscribers, including application access and subscription management.
• Support API consumers by troubleshooting technical issues in subscriptions and consumption.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve both non-production and production issues.
• Liaise with WSO2 product support to track and resolve product-related issues.
• Perform product version upgrades and manage WSO2 production setup (gateway clusters, API manager clusters).
• Administer WSO2 shared DB cluster and troubleshoot related issues.
• Manage SSL certificates and ensure secure communication.
• Monitor WSO2 components and APIs in production for performance and availability.
• Work on WSO2 Micro Integrator for integration needs.
