Job Description

Role title : Creative Lead

Position :

Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Selection criteria :

Experienced (min. 3 years) leading or working within creative teams

Experienced in managing creative teams / team members to execute digital brand campaigns

Experienced in pitching and client relationships (big bonus!)

Passionate about working with fast-growing startups

A people-person

A detail-oriented person

Keen to work in a start-up atmosphere where you enjoy a great deal of autonomy in exchange for being self-driven, good at and organised in your work

Job Role :

Act as a Creative Lead across accounts and give strategic creative direction to the team

Be responsible for creative capability development and team management

Creative ownership of Paper Plane Tales and its sub brands

Hold key client relationships

Pitch for new business with agency heads
