Director, Paid Media

Job Description :

Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention through paid media and SEO.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ideate and execute campaigns for brand expansion.
Create scalable strategies to achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities :

Strategy, execution, and optimization for paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.

Oversight and execution of full-funnel SEO strategy (local and national) to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Measure and report on campaign performance data to inform ongoing strategy and drive executive reporting.

Plan and execute A / B testing for key campaigns to improve conversion rates and return.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align media and SEO efforts with business priorities.

Management of media agency and other platform partnerships to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Staying up-to-date on digital trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive advantage.

Coordination of digital strategy with key brand moments, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in paid media and SEO, preferably in a multi-location or franchise business environment.

A track record of success driving performance marketing efforts across digital channels.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and media buying platforms.

Experience working with CRM / CDP platforms (HubSpot required; Amperity or Klaviyo a plus).

Quantitative analytical mindset with hands-on experience using BI tools (Tableau, Domo) to execute campaigns.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams.

Experience working in a membership-based or wellness-focused business is a plus.
