Job Summary :
Looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to drive online visibility, generate qualified leads, and produce engaging visual content using Canva. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and content creation for social and paid media.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Digital Marketing :
Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and suggest optimisations.
Manage SEO & SEM strategies to boost website traffic and conversions.
Implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.
2.Lead Generation :
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels.
Set up and manage lead funnels using landing pages, forms, and automation tools.
Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data.
3.Creative Design & Content :
Create visually appealing static creatives, infographics, reels, and videos using Canva.
Develop ad creatives for paid campaigns, social media, emailers, and landing pages.
Stay updated with design trends and platform requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements :
1.Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
2.Proficiency in Canva (both static and video formats).
3.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
4.Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
5.Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tactics.
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good to Have :
Basic video editing skills.
Knowledge of content calendars and scheduling tools.
Understanding of A / B testing and funnel optimisation.
