About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital platforms, a willingness to learn, and a passion for online marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Support in content creation for social media, blogs, emails, and websites
Conduct basic keyword research and assist with SEO activities
Help manage social media pages and increase engagement
Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and banners
Assist in email marketing campaigns and database management
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills :

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing)

Good communication and writing skills

Creativity and willingness to learn

Familiarity with Canva or similar tools (added advantage)

Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field

Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
